1. Scope

This notice covers the Social Tidy Chrome extension, sidebar analysis, website, and read-only shared pages.

Social Tidy currently focuses on X account content. The analysis you see relates only to the account you choose to open.

2. Information we process

When you choose to analyze and save a result, Social Tidy may process:

• Public account details such as name, username, avatar, and profile URL;
• Post text, publish time, original post URL, and quote relationships;
• Media type and image or video cover URLs;
• Public metrics such as views, likes, replies, bookmarks, and reposts;
• Topic categories and the information needed to generate the analysis.

3. What we do not collect

Social Tidy does not upload your X password, cookies, login tokens, or session credentials. It does not save request headers or raw network responses.

The website does not use personalized ad tracking, and visitors to shared pages are not added to the analysis.

4. Saving and sharing

Your analysis is private by default. Social Tidy creates a public link only after you choose to share it, and that link shows a read-only result.

Share links are permanent and cannot be closed or revoked. Confirm the content and intended audience before creating the link.

5. How AI is used

When you choose topic analysis, relevant post text is sent to an AI service to organize topics. Engagement metrics, shares, and ranking come from account data, not from AI.

AI results can be imperfect. They help organize content and should not be treated as a definitive judgment about an account or person.

6. Images, video, and third-party services

Images and video load from X or its CDN. Opening a page sends a normal network request to those services, which may include your IP address and device information.

Social Tidy does not copy the media file itself. If media is unavailable, you can still open the original post.

7. Saving and deletion

Analysis progress and unsynced content stay in your browser so the process can resume. If you enable saving, the review is also stored in Social Tidy’s cloud service.

You can delete a saved review. Content deletion and account closure rights remain available through the applicable process. To prevent an offline device from restoring old content, Social Tidy keeps a minimal deletion record without post text.

8. Website and blog

The Social Tidy website does not require sign-in and does not read your account analysis. Fonts, styles, and demo video are served directly by the site.

The blog publishes only confirmed content. Unfinished drafts and translations are not published automatically.

9. Your choices

You can stop analysis, delete saved content, or stop using Social Tidy and remove the extension.

Share links are permanent and cannot be closed or revoked. Decide whether the analysis should be public before creating a link.

10. Changes and contact

If product features or data handling change, we will update this page and its date. If a new use of data is introduced, we will ask for your confirmation in the product.
